I ask why was the recall not completed and he stated with an appointment he has until 6pm closing time to repair the car. He said the work should be done at some point. The manager Aaron ******* said she was not told that or if she was told this that is not the case that her car was able to be driven. Now it 8 hours later and still recall is not fixed. She was called at 4pm to be told her car was not able to be driven because it was unsafe and needed 900.00 worth of additional services. My daughter set an appointment at 8:30am to fix a recall on her car. They haven’t resolved this and I’ve been hung up on and berated by two employees from this establishment. ![]() I was told Yvonne was busy and asked if I’d like to leave a message, I replied no, I’ll call back. I called on at 2:40pm to ask about my refund. Yvonne **** said I could come back on Tuesday, Februfor my check. I said he was a baby and as he walked away, I pointed in his direction and stated that the pacifier’s were over in the same direction he was walking. I asked why he would call me a jerk for being upset that they have failed to give me my refund. He looked at me with disdain on his face and said “ You don’t have to act like a jerk “. I pulled my letter from Ford Motor Company off the outside of my folder and told him I gave them what the letter asked for, what else am I supposed give you. He the asked if I gave them all the required documentation for my claim. He came back out and said it was in the computer but hadn’t been processed. She gave her paperwork to Aaron Younger, who said he would check on it. I was unhappy with the situation and Yvonne **** later stated it showed in my demeanor, although I never raised my voice, I was direct about my feelings that I was robbed. I provided my letter from Ford Motor Company and my invoice, for a second time. On FebruI went into the dealership’s service department to inquire about my refund. On August 8, 20222 I called Al Packer Ford about my refund.Chris ********** told me Tony McDowell was handling and that Tony was busy, but would follow up. I was told by Chris ********** that it should take about 2 weeks. I took my invoice and letter to Al Packer Ford, on for processing of my refund. In April 2022, I received a letter from Ford Motor Company about a potential refund for repairs or repairs for free, if I hadn’t already had the repair done.
